Congrats to my eldest brother, Scott, and his wife, Sarah, on adopting two more kids — this time, a sibling set from Colombia!
With eight kids — four of whom are adopted from different countries and states, plus two biological little ones — it’s a lot to handle! (More than most could take!)
But Scott & Sarah rely on the Lord and do their best to serve Him as they build His Kingdom by building their family.
May God strengthen them in this time of transition and help them create new normals that are even more Christ-centered, child-strengthening, and filled with God’s love, peace and joy.
If anyone could do it, it’s Team S&S — with the power and love of Christ.
After all, adoption was God’s idea in the first place!
Ephesians 1:5 says,
“God decided … to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.”
May we all live — and love one another — as members of the Father’s family, through Jesus Christ.
